Cardiac Evaluation and Rapid Treatment (CERT)

This clinic provides fast consultation and comprehensive ambulatory care to Emergency patients with low-risk acute chest pain syndrome, arrhythmias (irregular heart beats), and heart failure. We also provide consultation to inpatients receiving early discharge.

• Diagnosis and treatment of low-risk cardiac patients, helping patients return home the same day and spend less time in Emergency
• Connecting patients with community-based care
• Arranging follow-up care for inpatients receiving early discharge
