Patients with diabetes are referred by their physician to the Diabetes/Endocrinology Clinic for assessment and consultation. Our team of endocrinologists, dietitians and diabetes nurse educators
works together to educate patients, help prevent complications of diabetes, and care for patients with complex conditions.

Our services:

• Help patients manage diabetes symptoms
• Educate patients about their conditions to prevent acute and chronic diabetes complications
• Assist in the care of existing complications and diabetes symptoms that are difficult to control
